Upon its completion, Nothing But Net was accepted into a program of eight (8) short films ("Philly In Shorts") assembled by the Philadelphia Short Filmmakers League (PSFL) theatrically exhibited at the 2006 Cannes Short Film Corner. All of the short films in the "Philly In Shorts" program have been officially selected and/or won awards at recognized and respectable film festivals.

April 26, 2006 - Prior to the Cannes Festival, on April 26th, the Greater Philadelphia Filmmakers program of the Greater Philadelphia Film Office sponsored a successful private, fund-raising screening of the PSFL program, "Philly In Shorts" at the Prince Music Theater in Philadelphia, PA.

May 22, 2006 - As part of the "Philly In Shorts" shorts program, Nothing But Net was theatrically screened at 3:18 pm (local time) at Palais F at the 2006 Cannes Short Film Corner. Also, the NBN 24-second mini-trailer was exhibited as part of the collected "Philly In Shorts" mini-trailers reel at a special reception at the Cannes International Film Festival hosted by the Greater Philadelphia Film Office to announce new filmmaking tax incentives to attract film and television productions to Pennsylvania.

October 15, 2006 - Nothing But Net was officially selected as a last-minute addition to the festival lineup for the 2006 Evil City Film Fest, held at various venues in NYC's East Village from October 11-16th. NBN screened with favorable audience response as the lead short in the Action! shorts program starting at 3pm, Sunday, October 15th at the Orchid Lounge, 500 N. 11th St.

November 3, 2006 - Nothing But Net was officially selected in the short film category at the 2006 Delaware Valley Film Festival in Hatboro, PA, and screened successfully on Friday evening, November 3rd, as the second film in the opening night program.

December 16, 2006 - Nothing But Net was invited to screen at Mocca Cinema, a monthly industry short film screening event hosted by DJ UCH at the Mocca Lounge, 78 Reade Street in NYC. NBN screened with favorable audience response from the over 100 people in attendance, standing room only on a Saturday night in lower Manhattan.

November 3, 2007 - Nothing But Net was selected to screen at the Fortress of the Arts' Festival of Shorts program, a short film screening event developed in connection with the Philadelphia Film Industry Meetup Group in North Philadelphia. NBN was well received by the audience in attendance.

February 27, 2008 - Nothing But Net was invited to screen at Rembrandt's Independent Short Film Screening Series, a monthly short film screening event organized by David Allen Ruth of 3 Point Production Group, and hosted at Rembrandt's near the Art Museum in Philadelphia PA. NBN screened with favorable audience response from the standing room only bar crowd.

April 19, 2008 - The newly revised 9-minute version of Nothing But Net was an Official Selection in the short film category at the 2008 Appalachian Film Festival (WV). NBN screened successfully at 11:30 a.m. on the last day of the 3-day festival at the historic Keith Albee Theater in Huntington, WV.

May 28, 2008 - The new version of Nothing But Net was invited for a repeat performance screening at Rembrandt's Independent Short Film Screening Series in the new upstairs screening area at Rembrandt's. The audience in attendance reacted favorably to the shorter version.

June 29, 2008 - The Nothing But Net 9-minute edit, plus a lead-in clip of the three mini mock commercials screened as an Official Selection of the 2008 Philadelphia Independent Film Festival at the 125 seat venue, 941 Theatre, 941 N. Front St. in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia, PA. NBN appeared to go over well as the crowd erupted in two spontaneous rounds of applause during the end credits.

August 21, 2008 - The Nothing But Net 9-minute edit screened as an Official Selection of the 2008 Washougal International Film Festival in Washington state.

Nothing But Net continues to be submitted to additional film festivals and independent film screening venues in an attempt to maximize distribution and exposure of the work of everyone involved.
